Call (618) 939-5150 or visit CYC at 221 Bradford Lane, in Waterloo to enroll your child(ren), ages 6 weeks thru 12 years of age. CYC is approved for CHASI State Subsidy Program (Child Care Assistance Program/CCAP), for families who qualify. See Owner Pat Caywood or Center Director Jessica Sipple for details and Application.

Caywood's Youth Center is owned & operated by Ron & Pat Caywood, who have well over 40 years of experience in programs related to children and families, and have operated CYC since January 1994.

CYC is opened Monday thru Friday, 6:00am till 6:00pm
